Cathryn Connolley, MHSA, Named Doctivity Chief Executive Officer
Bloomsburg, PA – Cathryn Connolley, MHSA, Doctivity Health™ co-founder, has been named Chief Executive Officer of the organization, effective January 1, 2024. She has served as Doctivity’s president and chief operating officer since its inception.
“Since its formation in April of 2022, Doctivity has made remarkable progress due in large part to Cathy’s subject matter expertise, dedication, and leadership,” said Board Chair Michael Loscalzo. “We are excited about the company’s progress as we continue to navigate the shift from an early-stage start-up to a mature and highly successful provider of meaningful analytics and actionable insights that hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations need to grow profitable volume in a challenging regulatory and competitive environment.”

An award-winning and nationally recognized healthcare strategic business advancement, operations improvement, and physician referral acquisition innovator, executive, and leader, Connolley launched SystemCare Health in 2015. From 2000 to 2014, she held various leadership positions including vice president of marketing strategy and operations at Geisinger Health System in Pennsylvania.
Connolley earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications and public relations at Elizabethtown College and a Master of Healthcare Administration and Business at Marywood University, both in Pennsylvania. She has been published multiple times and presents at national conferences on a variety of topics including healthcare business building, growth strategies, and operational enhancement. Connolley has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Marywood University, teaching graduate courses on healthcare business strategy and marketing.
