Susan Fetterman, RN, MSN, FACHE
Clinical Operations Officer
Susan is a registered nurse with extensive experience in clinical operations, physician practice management, and business development. Susan served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Geisinger under Glenn D. Steele, MD, Ph.D. In this role, Susan was responsible for the oversight of more than 1,000 employed physicians, nine inpatient hospitals, and more than 100 outpatient and ambulatory clinics. Her skills and expertise include business strategy and marketing, as well as physician practice management, nursing, ambulatory care, operations management, and academia. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Master of Business Administration degrees.
