Olivia Gaito

Client Engagement Specialist

A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration, Olivia Gaito is experienced in client service, developing and analyzing specialized reports, utilizing data to discover performance improvement opportunities, project planning, and relationship building for providers’ productivity and successful medical practice growth.

Before joining Doctivity Health, she was responsible for ensuring customer service, health screening, and safety regulations adherence at Geisinger Health System and Geisinger Health Plan, as well as educating patients, guests, and vendors on safety policies and procedures related to Covid 19.

A committee member for the American College of Healthcare Administrators, Olivia was the recipient of the Francis A. and Ruth C. Wodock scholarship award for the top Health and Human Development students at Penn State. She also served as Team Lead Special Events and Regulations Committee for the highly successful Penn State Dance Marathon (THON) student philanthropy committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer.

When she isn’t handling client engagement needs at Doctivity Health, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and watching sporting events – especially the Dallas Cowboys, Penn State Nittany Lions, and Philadelphia Phillies.
