Haili Coombe is an accomplished healthcare database management and reports analysis leader passionate about developing and implementing focused business improvement strategies and achieving a measurable return on investment (ROI).

Over the past decade, Haili has achieved measurable and proven results, initially working with the physician liaison team and overseeing the New Physician Ramp Up Program at Geisinger Health System in Pennsylvania, where the program achieved impressive on-boarding to designated productivity within six months. Haili also served as a member of the mergers and acquisitions team at Geisinger.

For the past five years, Haili has led Doctivity client engagement and, as part of the team, has helped generate more than $60 million in new revenue for clients and a 24 percent increase in income for the company. She served as an integral member of the team expanding and innovating Doctivity software.

Haili’s healthcare business expertise includes using complex data analytics and presenting them in an easy-to-use and understand format to develop strategic business plans, develop physician referral targeting strategies, evaluate market-based opportunities, and accelerate new or underachieving physician productivity.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Public Relations at Bloomsburg University. When she isn’t leading client engagement and product development at Doctivity Health, Haili enjoys reading, gardening, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband, Dan, and daughter, Charlotte.
