Bloomsburg Firm Doctivity Health™ Names Two to Leadership Positions
Bloomsburg, PA – Doctivity Health™, headquartered in Bloomsburg, has named Heather Heinlen Follmer, Vice President of Sales and Business Development, and Justeen McKittrick, RN, BSN, Director of Product Implementation.
A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing, Follmer joins Doctivity from Marketware, a Division of Medsphere, in Columbus, Ohio where she served as an enterprise account executive. She previously served as a strategic business partner and director of business development at Everything but the House in Columbus and has additional experience as a pharmaceutical sales specialist at Astra Zeneca in Iowa and Ohio. Active in the community, Follmer volunteers with the Alzheimer Association and Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Junior League, and youth soccer.

McKittrick joins Doctivity Health from Novant Health, a four-state integrated network of physician clinics, outpatient centers, and hospitals headquartered in North Carolina where she served as clinic administrator. She previously served as a senior internal auditor at Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC, and triage nurse and clinical supervisor at Atrium Health’s Carolina Orthopedic Surgery Associates.
A graduate of Lock Haven University with a Master of Health Science degree and a concentration in healthcare management, McKittrick is a project management and system implementations professional and three-time KEAP (Key Engagement Award Program) winner.
“Justeen has an extensive background in project management and system implementations within healthcare organizations,” said Haili Coombe, Doctivity Vice President of Client and Product Advancement. “She has previous experience leading enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) applications, and with her caregiver background she is attuned to the needs of patients and front-line healthcare teams.”
